We come to Gerroa every Easter: this year’s venue was voted “best ever”. Nicely appointed house with views to die for.

Like being in water

Lovely home in a stunning, and I mean stunning, location. Uninterrupted views from the amazing deck.

Beautiful Escape

The views from this property are spectacularly breathtaking. From every vantage point you seem suspended in air with magnificent views of the ocean and seven-mile beach. The duplex is well appointed, and the downstairs living area flows beautifully. The upstairs bedrooms are generous in size and the balconies on both levels take full advantage of the prime position of this property.

Fab accommodation

Fab accommodation- spectacular view and lovely to wake with no street lights and just the ocean. Well equipped- especially good quality curtains which are needed for the westerly aspect . We hardly needed the air conditioner. Comfortable with good decks. Quite a walk to beach…

Expansive view

We wanted 2 comfy beds and a few days relaxation watching the ocean, the sky and whatever joined them. Villa Nova was a great place to stop, unwind and enjoy life. It was well appointed and has the views we sought.

Fresh and with a fabulous view. Wouldn't have known looking out that we were surrounded by houses.

Immaculate property

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property for a few days, the waterfront views were lovely, and we were close to everything the kids wanted to do from beach to rockpools and toy store at Berry. Us adults enjoyed the cafes and walking tracks. The house was perfect, spotlessly clean and so relaxing, we will definitely consider for our next stay. Thankyou

Beautiful house and amazing view

We had a beautiful few days with our family at Villa Nova. The house has the most beautiful view, the highlight was watching the sunset each evening, which is truely spectacular! The house is really well equipped with everything we needed.

Family Holiday

Lovely, comfortable home in perfect position. We had a most enjoyable stay with our growing family able to visit. Views whether rain, storm or sun are magical, and we had all three! The family surfer was able to get a surf 7 out of 9 days, almost unheard of!

View was spectacular, house was clean and I really appreciated the lovely surprise gift of wine and chocolate. We enjoyed the calmness of the ocean, the walks along the beach and the gorgeous sunsets.

Beautiful Villa Nova

Villa Nova's beautiful streamlined architecture and perfect position overlooking Seven Mile Beach make it a blissful place to stay. Gerroa is a tranquil delight, and dealing with The Holidays Collection (which I've done over about ten years) is always easy. Thank you!

An amazing place to stay beautiful location a must

The perfect spot

Our family of four found this the perfect location for our break. We spent many hours staring at the ocean right on our doorstep and watching the surfers on the point. Perfect location on the headland giving us the ability to leave the car in the garage and walk down to the beach! We will definately be back! Thank you for all the lovely touches like a bottle of wine on arrival. The house was very clean and tidy.

The accommodation is perfect! Stylish, functional, clean and well stocked (toilet paper, rubbish bags, kitchen condiments). Impressive! Definitely can recommend to my friends. We will be back. The view is magnificent.

As regular guests at Villa Nova, we appreciate this beautiful house with its expansive and exquisite views over Seven Mile Beach. It is meticulously presented and thoughtfully supplied with everything needed for a peaceful break. The Holidays Collection staff are always magnificent to deal with, too.

Gerroa getaway

Positive: Fabulous view with grass leading to the ocean. Loved falling asleep with the sound of waves. Happy there were flyscreens too.Negative: The door to the upstairs bathroom didn’t slide easily so we couldn’t shut it fully.

We had a great stay at Villa Nova, a well appointed fairly new house. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach. The outlook of Villa Nova is stunning rain or shine we would happily stay again next time we visit Gerroa.

We had a group of adults on our stay we all loved the house it was spacious and had enough space for everyone to feel comfortable and not in each others way. Nice control of sound from the living areas and really well fitted out bathrooms and comfy beds. Beautiful outlook with space to all eat together and relax

Absolutely mind-blowing - the location, the house, the facilities. We had guests visiting from Canada and brought them to this amazing place. We were all spell-bound. Highly recommend to everyone. Just a small note to the property managers - some of the doors (e.g. bathroom door in the ground floor are squeaky and need oiling).

Amazing views on water, watching the sunset in a 5* house with all the mod cons. This house has everything to make you feel at home, bbq and everything you need to cook meals. Internet works perfectly with net flicks and Apple TV.

Fantastic views, very clean, modern and well appointed property. The afternoon dolphin display was the perfect entertainment with our wine and cheese.

Exceeded our expectations, killer views, well appointed, comfortable and super clean. We were very impressed with this property. Netflix and wifi were a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable. Only thing we could have asked for was a gate at the top of the outdoor stairs.

Mother/Daughter Weekend Destination

We just spend a lovely weekend in this gorgeous house - perfectly appointed and very comfortable for 6 people. It was a little light on the cooking condiments - oil, S&P, tea bags etc so make sure you pack those and a garage remote would have proved very handy due to the extreme slope of the driveway. Other than that, the house is in a perfect location to view the daily parade of dolphins whilst sitting on the deck with a glass of champagne! We will be return Thanks.

Cronulla

A beautiful new home with a fantastic view! The view from the verandas, lounge and main bedroom is straight over seven-mile beach. We loved watching the view change throughout the day especially the pink hues in the sky over the mountains at sunset. There is always something to watch in the ocean below from the hawkes catching fish, pelicans flying past, surfers and fisherman. The home is immaculately presented with everything you need for a comfortable stay including the kitchen basics, ample heating/cooling for the living areas and comfortable beds. The veranda stairs lead directly on to the grassy headland and would make a good play area for children. The walk around the headland is breathtaking. We stayed in the middle of winter and it is a great house to lounge around and relax. There are also many activities nearby at Kiama, Jamberoo, Berry etc. including shopping, scenic drives and bushwalking. The staff at South Coast Holidays were always available, friendly and helpful.

Highly Recommended Property!

What an amazing property, literally steps away from the water, being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean, what more could you want? This property has it all, so well equipped, with attention to detail, very comfy bed and the home is very well appointed. The views are stunning and can be enjoyed inside or outside on one of the three sitting areas. We had a wonderful 3 night escape, and took advantage of the wineries just a short drive away.

Awesome Long Weekend

Three generations of our family enjoyed a fantastic June long weekend together in this beautiful new house. The view is both spectacular and serene. The house is thoughtfully and luxuriously appointed, tastefully decorated and all rooms are very comfortable. It's also within easy walking distance to the beach, so ticks many boxes. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
