Vukeville – beachfront luxury with pool – 4pm Check Out Sundays (except Peak season)!
Vukeville is a luxurious, fully renovated beachfront home with a swimming pool, excellent back yard, large outdoor entertaining area and direct access to the Collingwood Beach cycle path.You will have exclusive access of the downstairs level, pool and outdoor area. Upstairs is a private owner level.
Vukeville is for a maximum of 4 adults only. If you book for more adults without written permission from the owner or The Holidays Collection, you will be asked to leave.
Strictly NO PARTIES at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.
Booking for peak season (mid Dec 2021 to end Jan 2022)
Changeover day for the coming peak season is Friday. When booking between mid-December and Australia Day, please select 7 night blocks that start and end on the changeover day. Otherwise the calendar may indicate that dates are not available. If in doubt, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist.
Where will I be?
Located in the northern end of Vincentia, Vukeville is set along the cycle path with access to Collingwood Beach. The local shops are a ten minute walk away, and the local towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach are a short drive, as is the large Vincentia Marketplace and Booderee National Park.
Why choose Vukeville?
This high end home has an impressive outdoor seating area, with a spacious backyard and of course the large swimming pool! Inside, recently fully renovated, you will be imprssed by the high quality finishes, including a top of the range kitchen and comfortable living areas. Foxtel is also provided at Vukeville for our guests enjoyment.
How is the property laid out?
When you enter Vukeville you will find yourself in the open plan living, kitchen and dining area, which opens onto the large undercover patio. Down the hall you will find the bathroom and three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a separate activity area with a lounge and TV near the bunk room, and a European laundry off the entrance.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary WiFi is offered at Vukeville, however without any guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!
What about outdoors?
The outdoor areas at Vukeville are second to none. The large, secure backyard backs onto the cycle path, the perfect way to explore the local beaches. Of course you also have use of the large, recently renovated swimming pool. The spacious under cover patio offers a great area to sit back and watch the world go by. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off sand when you come back from the beach.
Pool heating details
The pool at Vukeville is heated from September to April, but not May, June, July and August. The heating system is an electric heat pump and is set to up to 27 degrees celsius. The actual temperature reached will be dependent on a mix of the heat pump performance as well as the extent of recent sunshine / warm days. Please note that the owners do NOT make any assurances whatsoever about the temperature that will be achieved on any given day. The pool heating system is remotely controlled, so guests will not be able to change any settings or turn the heating on or off.
Staying warm or keeping cool?!
There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan living area, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. You can also open the windows and doors to catch the breeze in the warmer months.
Please note that the swimming pool is not heated.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Linen is provided at Vukeville. Though please remember to bring your own beach towels!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is enough parking for three cars at Vukeville. Please make sure you keep the driveway clear.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Vukeville is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Is there any special information I should know about?
1. You will have exclusive access to the downstairs level and outdoor area, however the upstairs level is not available to guests. It is a private owner level but is never occupied during your stay.
2. While this home is rated to sleep 8 people, please note that due to its size and configuration it is only suitable for 4 adults and 4 children.

The place is a shown in the photos. Great for a family get away with 2 families with 2 kids each. there's also a perfect jogging trail right outside the back yard between the beach and the house.

Great location and amazing place to get away from everything and just relax! Would definitely recommend for families and friends! A 2 minute walk to the beach makes it great and when the sea was too cold the pool served just amazingly
Wonderful holiday house in a beautiful location
An amazing experience from the moment we opened the gates till we existed those gates. Spotlessly clean which was personally very important to me since I have a 4month old baby. The house was very stylish & fully equipped (these photos don’t do justice), also less than 5mins walk to the beach & an amazing pool/outdoor area. Overall great experience & will be going here again in future! Highly recommended.

The house it is beautiful and comfortable. The outdoor area with the pool and grassed area is the perfect size for all to enjoy. Kitchen and dining area lean onto the outside making the whole house feel bigger than it really is and the full glassed view from the kitchen makes you feel you are part of everything going on inside and out. There is a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children allowed due to bedding availability. Highly recommend
This is a beautiful property close to the beach (2 min walk). The beach has a shallow sand shelf and is great for kids. Five star property! We would deft visit again!!
