Sandalwood is located on Duncan Street, Huskisson. It is a short walk to the town centre, the pub and the two main beaches (Huskssion Beach and Shark Net beach). Huskisson is filled with cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping.

There is dedicated off street parking for 2 vehicles at Sea Deck. The parking area is marked with a white rope fence. We request that guests do not park on the concrete driveway to the side of the house as it is steep and difficult to reverse out from. The parking area has been positioned to eliminate the need to use the steep drive way. It is recommended also that you enter the property from the downhill side of Boderee Avenue, and exit downhill as well.

Orion Blue Beach Stay is an immaculate, pet friendly, beachfront holiday home in Vincentia, only moments from Orion Beach. You will enjoy views through a lovely fringe of coastal trees to Jervis Bay, and the property is located only 20 metres from stairs that take you directly to Orion Beach. The cycle path is in front and goes north to Huskisson and south to Plantation Point, Nelson Beach and Blenheim Beach. OATLEY COTTAGE, Alpine, Southern Highlands – 4pm Check Out on Sundays (except Peak season)!

Oatley Cottage was originally built in 1910 in the Sydney suburb of Oatley. It was transported to Little Forrest in 2009 and lovingly restored. The cottage has a wonderful homely feel to it and is a wonderful retreat to come home to after a day exploring the Southern Highlands.

** Where will I be? **

Oatley Cottage is located within the Little Forest complex, a collection of 7 cottages spread across 40 acres of grounds. Your cottage will have its own private spaces, but please be aware that other guests may be around as well. Communal spaces include the lawns, gardens, driveway and trails, but you will have plenty of privacy as well. The Little Forest complex has a bush setting and is circled on one side by the Sydney – Melbourne railway line. As a result, trains are audible at times, and for any kids, part of the fun! Little Forest also has various throughout its 42 acres, but please keep children supervised at all times due to wildlife, unfenced dams and trains.

** Why choose Oatley Cottage? **

Oatley Cottage is a charming and comfortable base from which to explore the Southern Highlands. Period details such as the beautiful original floorboards and wall cladding have been maintained and matched with modern amenities like the large country kitchen and wrap around verandah to create a wonderful comfortable home.

** How is the property laid out? **

Oatley Cottage is reached down a tree-lined country drive way. You approach the house through beautiful gardens and enter into a charming country kitchen and dining area. The front door opens into a light, timber lined hall way off which you will find the three bedrooms. At the end of the hallway is the open plan living and dining area with large country kitchen. The bathroom and laundry lead off from this open plan area. The verandah runs the length of the back and one side of the house. There is a barbeque and plenty of outdoor seating out there to enjoy in the warmer months.

Fantastic beach cottage beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable with everything that you could want for a holiday by the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the house is bright and sunny with a back deck and front porch to soak up the sun. The location is amazing! Less than a 1 minute walk to Hyams beach and very close to the Hyams Beach cafe and the gorgeous White Sands walk. We had a lovely stay here with our kids. There is lots to do in the area or its a perfect place to relax. Well be back for sure!.

KIRRIEMUIR – Burradoo, Southern Highlands – 4pm Check Out Sunday (except Peak season)!

Kirriemuir is a luxurious and beautifully decorated retreat in Burradoo – ideal for 3 couples. Families may also stay of course, but due to the nature of this house, children under 8 are not permitted – sorry! Kirriemuir is within easy driving distance of Bowral town, Moss Vale, and all wineries, wedding venues and other local attractions. The local pony club grounds and the beautiful Burradoo Park are an easy walk from the house and highly recommended.

** How is the property laid out? **

Kirriemuir is laid out on one level, with a large living room at one end, kitchen and dining in the middle, and a bedroom wing with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. All bedrooms are good sized queen bedrooms. The house also has numerous outdoor areas. The garage is a covered area for kids and the grounds are expansive with plenty of lawn areas.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property does have Wi-Fi, with the modem located in the pantry. Ausername and password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

** What about outdoors? **

Kirriemuir has extensive gardens and grounds, with multiple places to sit outdoors and entertain. It is in a quiet street adjacent to the Eridge Park velodrome and playing fields – perfect for a morning walk!

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Kirriemuir has hydronic heating throughout the house, with multiple heating panels in the living areas and one panel in each bedroom and each bathroom. As a result, the home is kept at a very comfortable, consistent and cozy temperature during cooler months! In summer, the home can be opened up to let in fresh air or to catch any available breeze.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Linen and bath towels are provided at Kirriemuir.

** Parking for cars? **

There is plenty of parking on the driveway for 2 – 3 cars. The garage hasconverted into a games area for kids, with table tennis table.

The Estuary House is architecturally designed and master built in 2019. The contemporary design ushers in elements of the outdoors into the luxurious indoor space. The house is in a stunning waterfront location, complete with infinity pool and private jetty.

Please also note that due to the high standards of this beautiful home, party groups are not accepted, smoking inside is not permitted..

** Where will I be? **

Estuary House is located in the tranquil hamlet of Basin View, with private waterfront access to St Georges Basin. Basin View is at the western end of St Georges Basin, and is the only location where deeper water jetties can be found (water depth approximately 1.2m). Basin View also has a good public boat ramp located only 700 metres from the house.

** Why choose The Estuary House? **

The Estuary House oozes style, luxury, relaxation and tranquility. Its waterfront setting, pool deck, beautiful views, and private jetty force you to relax! ** How is the property laid out? **

The Estuary House is on one level, and steps down through the pool area to a good sized lawn that extends to the water’s edge. The layout is open plan in the living areas, with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are all in one wing – making the house compact yet spacious at the same time.

** Wi-Fi, internet, Netflix or pay TV- will I have it? **

This property does have Wi-Fi. A username and password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

A high quality smart TV is provided, however please use your own Netflix or similar accounts.

** What about outdoors? **

The Estuary House has a front garden area, back garden with lawn, private jetty, infinity pool and extensive deck areas. There is also a hot and cold outdoor shower for when you come up from the jetty or get out of the pool.

Please do not gut and clean any fish inside the house. A fish gutting table and hose is provided near the jetty.

** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **

The Estuary House has fully ducted airconditioning to either warm or cool the house – keeping you totally comfortable during your stay!

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

High quality sheets and towels are provided at The Estuary House. Beds will be made up for your arrival. Please however bring your own beach towels!

Toilet paper, kitchen soap sand some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is parking for 2 cars on the paved driveway area.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

White Caps is an older style, casual and comfortable beach house that sleeps six and ispriced accordingly. It is a great option for a relaxed, easy going family holiday – with fantastic views and a great location!

** How is the property laid out? **

Enjoy the comfort of this light filled home with lofty, vaulted ceilings, exposed brickwork feature walls and carpet underfoot throughout the living area and bedrooms. Purpose built to take advantage of the amazing views and natural sea breeze, this wonderful split level home will not disappoint.

On the entry level are three bedrooms: a queen with ensuite, walk in robe and views over the beach, another queen and a twin room with two single beds. Opposite the twin room is the main family bathroom with generous shower, vanity and toilet.

On the upper level is the open plan living and dining area openout to a deck looking out to the beach. The living areaincorporates a large flat screen TV with DVD player (with a selection of DVDs to suit most ages), and music system. There is a large dining room table, leather lounge and chairs to relax and enjoy the views.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric wall oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and an eat-in breakfast nook.

A staircase leads down to the ground lower level where you will find a spacious games room withdoors to a fenced back garden. There is a playstation with a large selection of games along with a selection of DVDs to keep the kids entertained.

The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. Another bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet is accessed through the laundry.
