Sandalwood is located on Duncan Street, Huskisson. It is a short walk to the town centre, the pub and the two main beaches (Huskssion Beach and Shark Net beach). Huskisson is filled with cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping.

Vince’s Landing is a beautifully designed waterfront property located in Old Erowal Bay – suitable for a maximum of 6 adults, or 6 adults + 4 children.

From the street, Vince’s Landing presents as a cute cottage, however once inside it opens into a large open living space with views over the reserve to the water – the huge St Georges Basin. Set in the leafy surrounds of Burradoo, Narran offers guests a truly luxurious experience. The house was originally built in 1934 and has been lovingly restored to include all of the modern comforts, while maintaining it’s art-deco charm. Nights at Narran can be enjoyed on the plush lounge in front of the beautiful gas fireplace, or around the dining table enjoying a meal created in the fully equipped, modern kitchen. When you do venture out, the shops and cafes of Bowral are only a 5 minute drive away.

To the right is the lounge room, with gas fireplace, smart tv, 3 seater lounge and 2 comfortable arm chairs. Directly ahead is the powder room and laundry with washer/dryer. Upstairs you find the two bedrooms, both with king beds and high-thread count linen. Connecting the bedrooms is a sitting area with coffee bar and seating for 2. This comfortable, well equipped home is a great option for your romantic or solo getaway. Close to the centre of Huskisson, the beach and local walking trails are all a short walk away. Inside you will find the home has retained its original charm, but has been restored to make your stay a comfortable one.

** Where will I be? **

Propeller Lime is located in a quiet cul de sac overlookingthe bush. It is an easy eight minute walk to the town centre of Huskisson and six minutes walk to Huskisson Beach. At the end of the road there is access to Huskisson National Park for walking and bike riding trails.

It is styled with beautiful timber paneling that contrasts with the light tones of the house to create a relaxed atmosphere and good energy. Entrance to the house is via the ground floor where you will find three of the four bedrooms. There are three luxurious bathrooms, a living room, deck, pool (including baby pool) and spa also on this level. You can also access the lower, fenced rear garden from here. Upstairs you will find the open plan kitchen, dining and main living area with a stunning view of the ocean. There is a large 180 degree deck and fourth bedroom on this level also. On the lower floor there are laundry facilities and an extra toilet and shower.

The kitchen is sleek and sophisticated with dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop and a double door integrated fridge. There is a dining table to seat ten.

The upstairs living room has a modern gas fireplace, comfy couch and spectacular views of the ocean. There are blinds to provide privacy at night and glass doors that open to the entertainment decks.

Re bedding, one of the bedrooms (bedroom 4 on the floor plan) can be made up as 2 x long singles instead of a king bed. Please request this when making booking.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. You will also have complimentary access to Foxtel, including the sport package and Netflix.

Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

** What about outdoors? **

There is a large 180 degree outdoor entertaining deck off the upstairs living area with outdoor lounges, dining table for 6-8 and views over Werri Beach. Downstairs is the pool and spa. There are two sun lounges and chairs on the deck next to the pool. Please be aware that the pool is accessed directly from the downstairs living room. The spa can also be accessed from the main bedroom deck. Children must be supervised at all times. The door from the living room to the pool can be locked for peace of mind.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

The Deck has ducted heating and cooling in all rooms, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for the cooler months.

The Deck has solar heating only for the pool – not electric or gas heating.  The pool will only be as warm as the weather permits and no assurances whatsoever can be given by us or the owner as to the pool temperature.  Please be aware of this.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxury linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

Secure open air parking on the driveway for one car. There are also parking spots across the road on the street.

Staying in The Angas Carriage is a truly unique and enjoyable experience. Angas started life as a passenger train in the 1920s and has been loving restored and converted into accommodation for up to 9 guests. The original woodwork and compartment layout make this a beautiful place to be. The Angas Carriage is located within the Little Forest complex, a collection of 7 cottages spread across 42 acres of grounds. The carriage does have its own private spaces, but please be aware that other guests may be around as well. There are two other cottagesin immediate proximity to the carriage so please do expect to occasionally see your neighbours. Communal spaces include the lawns, gardens, driveway and trails, but you will have plenty of privacy as well. The Little Forest complex has a bush setting and is circled on one side by the Sydney – Melbourne railway line. As a result, trains are audible at times, and for any kids, part of the fun! Little Forest also has various trails throughout its 42 acres, but please keep children supervised at all times due to wildlife, unfenced dams and trains.

The Angas Carriage is reached down a tree-lined country drive way. You approach the carriage across a lawn and enter up the steel stairs. You enter into the kitchen and dining area. A hallway runs the length of the carriage, off which you will find the 7 bedrooms. The kitchen has a bar fridge, convection microwave and a small gas stovetop. Cooking equipment is supplied. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet that is at the kitchen end of the carriage. At the opposite end is a separate toilet. The windows look out onto the landscaped gardens and surrounding bush.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it? **

This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!

** What about outdoors? **

Poolside at Hyams is located onTulip Street, within easy walking distance of either the middle beach at Hyams, the local park, Chinamans Beach or the Hyams Beach Cafe. The property is on a corner, with side gate access for when you come back from the beach.

** How is the property laid out? **

Poolside at Hyams has a main pavilion comprising of a compact yet open planliving / dining / kitchen area, a queen bedroom, a bunk room, and a shared bathroom. There is a handy tv nook in the living area.

The cabana / second pavillion has a large queen bedroom and a large en-suite.

There is also a third toilet in the laundry and an outdoor shower.

The two pavilions and laundry are connected by timber decking, with easy access from there to the pool and lawn areas.

The property has a great flow and plenty of privacy!

The main pavilion has a split system airconditioner to keep you warm or cool. There is also gas heating.The second pavilion also has a split system airconditioning unit.On most days in summer, the property can also be opened up to catch the ocean breeze off Jervis Bay.

Orchard Cottage is a two storey cottage set in the orchard of Little Forrest. The cottage has a warm, rustic ambience and is comfortable for groups up to four people. Downstairs is a wonderful social area, consisting of the kitchen and living area. Combined with a wood heater, this is the perfect area to curl up with a book or to watch a movie. Upstairs is a large combined sleeping area with bathroom.
