Orion Blue Beach Stay is an immaculate, pet friendly, beachfront holiday home in Vincentia, only moments from Orion Beach. You will enjoy views through a lovely fringe of coastal trees to Jervis Bay, and the property is located only 20 metres from stairs that take you directly to Orion Beach. The cycle path is in front and goes north to Huskisson and south to Plantation Point, Nelson Beach and Blenheim Beach. With three bedrooms, Orion Blue Beach Stay can sleep up to 6, but we ask that you limit your party to a maximum of 4 adults, or 2 adults with 4 children. Vince’s Landing is a beautifully designed waterfront property located in Old Erowal Bay – suitable for a maximum of 6 adults, or 6 adults + 4 children.

From the street, Vince’s Landing presents as a cute cottage, however once inside it opens into a large open living space with views over the reserve to the water – the huge St Georges Basin. Gorgeous timber tones and generous living spaces will make you feel right at home. The large patio area is perfect for a BBQ overlooking the water.

Hyams Beach, Booderee National Park, Vincentia and Huskisson are all only a 5 – 10 minute drive away.

The Deck is an ultra-modern and architecturally designed three storey house with high quality fixtures and fittings. It is styled with beautiful timber paneling that contrasts with the light tones of the house to create a relaxed atmosphere and good energy. Entrance to the house is via the ground floor where you will find three of the four bedrooms. There are three luxurious bathrooms, a living room, deck, pool (including baby pool) and spa also on this level. You can also access the lower, fenced rear garden from here. Upstairs you will find the open plan kitchen, dining and main living area with a stunning view of the ocean. There is a large 180 degree deck and fourth bedroom on this level also. On the lower floor there are laundry facilities and an extra toilet and shower.

The kitchen is sleek and sophisticated with dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop and a double door integrated fridge. There is a dining table to seat ten.

OATLEY COTTAGE, Alpine, Southern Highlands – 4pm Check Out on Sundays!

Oatley Cottage was originally built in 1910 in the Sydney suburb of Oatley. It was transported to Little Forrest in 2009 and lovingly restored. The cottage has a wonderful homely feel to it and is a wonderful retreat to come home to after a day exploring the Southern Highlands.

** Where will I be? **

Oatley Cottage is located within the Little Forest complex, a collection of 7 cottages spread across 40 acres of grounds. Your cottage will have its own private spaces, but please be aware that other guests may be around as well. Communal spaces include the lawns, gardens, driveway and trails, but you will have plenty of privacy as well. The Little Forest complex has a bush setting and is circled on one side by the Sydney – Melbourne railway line. As a result, trains are audible at times, and for any kids, part of the fun! Little Forest also has various throughout its 42 acres, but please keep children supervised at all times due to wildlife, unfenced dams and trains.

** Why choose Oatley Cottage? **

Oatley Cottage is a charming and comfortable base from which to explore the Southern Highlands. Period details such as the beautiful original floorboards and wall cladding have been maintained and matched with modern amenities like the large country kitchen and wrap around verandah to create a wonderful comfortable home.

** How is the property laid out? **

Oatley Cottage is reached down a tree-lined country drive way. You approach the house through beautiful gardens and enter into a charming country kitchen and dining area. The front door opens into a light, timber lined hall way off which you will find the three bedrooms. At the end of the hallway is the open plan living and dining area with large country kitchen. The bathroom and laundry lead off from this open plan area. The verandah runs the length of the back and one side of the house. There is a barbeque and plenty of outdoor seating out there to enjoy in the warmer months.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it? **

This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!

** What about outdoors? **

Oatley Cottage is surrounded by lawns and gardens that are open for guests to use. The house is part of a larger 40 acre property which includes bush trails for guests to explore. Please be aware that there is an unfenced dam on the property so children must be supervised at all times.

** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **

Oatley Cottage has a slow combustion fireplace in the living area. All bedrooms have stand alone heaters. There are ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Oatley Cottage.

Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There are two open air parking spaces beside OatleyCottage.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Yes, your favourite pet is welcome to stay at Oatley Cottage, and please note the following:

The yard is not fully fenced. Please keep your pets off all furniture and beds. Please clean up behind your pet. Please inform us of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking.

** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends or during December / January, and four nights at Easter.

Moby’s at Hyams is a classic Hyams beach cottage that has been lovingly renovated into a compact, stylish, well equipped and comfortable home for 7. It is also only 100 metres from Hyams Beach, so going for a swim is an easy and spontaneous decision!

** Where will I be? **

Moby’s at Hyams is located in the centre of Hyams Beach village, in a quiet street. It is ideally located, being only a 100 metre walk to Hyams Beach! Or 250 metres to the Hyams Beach Cafe.

** Why choose Moby’s At Hyams? **

Moby’s at Hyams is a quintessential beach cottage, cleverly renovated to make the most of its space to give you a stylish, comfortable, well equipped option just moments from the beach! Wi-Fi, smart tv with Netflix, game, and beach chairs are also thoughtful touches. For outdoor entertainment, the house has a good lawn area and a lovely rear deck under a canopy of large trees.

** How is the property laid out? **

Moby’s at Hyams is a single level house. The front door is sheltered by the front verandah, and leads into an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. A master bedroom has its own ensuite and two other bedrooms share a second bathroom. An internal laundry leads to the rear deck.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

Moby’s at Hyams offers complimentary NBN Wi-Fi and a smart tv with Netflix and Stan.

Whilst the Wi-Fi service is generally reliable, it cannot be guaranteed 100% and no compensation will be paid for disruption to the service. If Wi-Fi is essential during you stay, please make sure that you have your own device as an alternative.

** What about outdoors? **

Moby’s at Hyams has an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach, a front lawn area, a front verandah and a good sized rear deck that overlooks a creek, under a canopy of large, mature trees.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Moby’s at Hyams has a split system air-conditioning unit (for heating and cooling) in the living area. In addition, each bedroom has an electric heater.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Moby’s at Hyams is supplied with high quality linen, sheets and towels. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

** Parking for cars, boats etc.? **

Parking for two cars (stacked on the driveway) is available. In addition, there is on street parking, subject to availability.

Fantastic beach cottage beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable with everything that you could want for a holiday by the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the house is bright and sunny with a back deck and front porch to soak up the sun. The location is amazing! Less than a 1 minute walk to Hyams beach and very close to the Hyams Beach cafe and the gorgeous White Sands walk. We had a lovely stay here with our kids. There is lots to do in the area or its a perfect place to relax. Well be back for sure!.

KIRRIEMUIR – Burradoo, Southern Highlands – 4pm Check Out Sunday

Kirriemuir is a luxurious and beautifully decorated retreat in Burradoo – ideal for 3 couples. Families may also stay of course, but due to the nature of this house, children under 8 are not permitted – sorry! The home is stylish, sumptuous and equipped with everything you could wish for – including complimentary home roasted coffee, wine and other treats upon arrival. Beds are super comfortable, the garden is large and you will be very centrally located – so a perfect base for exploring the Southern Highlands!

** Please note – no children under 8 **

Families are of course welcome at Kirriemuir, but due to the nature of this house, children under 8 are not permitted – sorry! The open gas fireplace and the quality and value of furniture and other decorative items in this house are the reasons for this rule.

** Where will I be? **

Kirriemuir is within easy driving distance of Bowral town, Moss Vale, and all wineries, wedding venues and other local attractions. The local pony club grounds and the beautiful Burradoo Park are an easy walk from the house and highly recommended.

Kirriemuir is laid out on one level, with a large living room at one end, kitchen and dining in the middle, and a bedroom wing with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. All bedrooms are good sized queen bedrooms. The house also has numerous outdoor areas. The garage is a covered area for kids and the grounds are expansive with plenty of lawn areas.

This property does have Wi-Fi, with the modem located in the pantry. Ausername and password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Kirriemuir has extensive gardens and grounds, with multiple places to sit outdoors and entertain. It is in a quiet street adjacent to the Eridge Park velodrome and playing fields – perfect for a morning walk!

Kirriemuir has hydronic heating throughout the house, with multiple heating panels in the living areas and one panel in each bedroom and each bathroom. As a result, the home is kept at a very comfortable, consistent and cozy temperature during cooler months! In summer, the home can be opened up to let in fresh air or to catch any available breeze.
