Pinko’s is located on the upper ground floor of a small apartment block directly opposite the Gerroa Post Office and General Store, and only a two minute walk down to Blue Swimmer Cafe at Seahaven or Seven Mile Beach.

** Why choose Pinko’s? **
Pinko’s is in the perfect location, within easy walking distance to the beach. The apartment is neat, tidy and very spacious – it feels more like a house than an apartment. Great views of Seven Mile beach from the living/dining area and front deck.

** How is the property laid out? **
Pinko’s is a large two level apartment with two bedrooms, one located downstairs with queen bed and built in wardrobe and one upstairs with two king single beds and built in wardrobe.There is also an upstairs living area with double sofa bed that can be used as a third bedroom.

There is one bathroom downstairs with shower, bath, vanity and toilet.

The kitchen, dining and living are spacious and open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with hot plate, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee pod machine,and ironing facilities. The living area has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliding doors that open to the balcony. There is a shared laundry with washing machine around the back of the apartment complex.

** WIFI, internet, Netflix or pay tv- will I have it? **
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

** What about outdoors? **
Pinko’s has a spacious balcony at the front of the property with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. There is also a shared grass area at the front of the property.

** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **
The living/ dining area can be opened up to take in the ocean breeze, there is gas heating for the cooler months.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **
All bed linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **
There is off street, open air parking for one car on the driveway in the marked spot. Other cars can park on the street at the front of the property.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

** What are the minimum stay rules? **
There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Baileys is situated in a great central location for those who want to be close to all amenities. This is a large family home with a big backyard. With cathedral ceilings, plantation shutters, slate flooring downstairs and carpeting throughout the upper level, this newly refurbished, air-conditioned property provides you with all the home comforts for a carefree getaway.

** How is the property laid out? **

Baileys is a double storey home with fully fenced yard. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, with a walk-in wardrobe leading through to a two way bathroom with toilet and vanity. This bedroom has plantation shutters on the windows and looks out onto the front street. The second bedroom has two single beds, a single trundle and built-in wardrobe. This bedroom overlooks the back garden.

There is also a generous open plan kitchen, dining and living area that has sliding doors onto the front balcony. The living area has a comfortable lounge suite with seating for six, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock. The well-equipped modern kitchen has an electric wall oven and induction cook top, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (with pods!) and breakfast bar.

Downstairs there is the third bedroom/sitting room with a queen bed, sofa bed, kitchenette with microwave and fridge and ensuite bathroom, and also and internal laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? **

Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

** What about outdoors? **

Under cover front balcony opens up from the living/dining area with views over Gerringong and ocean glimpses. In the fully fenced yard there is an entertainment deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.

Baileys has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort throughout the upper floor and column oil heating downstairs.
