On Golden Ponds is a comfortable waterfront property located on the St Georges Basin in peaceful Erowal Bay. The property has a large, lovely garden that runs down to the water, with kids cubby house, private jetty, and private gazebo. Unwind here! Please keep in mind to BYO sheets and towels.

** Where will I be? **

On Golden Ponds is located on the St George’s Basin at Erowal Bay and has a lovely waterfront aspect, with agarden that runs down to the water’s edge. The house isan easy 150 metre walk to the Erowal Bay General Store, bottleshop and takeaway. Erowal Bay is also only a five minute drive from Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park, and 15 minutes from Vincentia and Huskisson. The location is fantastic and you get beautiful sunsets from the large, main deck.

** Why choose On Golden Ponds? **

As the name suggests, On Golden Ponds has a tranquil and picturesque waterfront aspect, and a lovely, relaxed feel with rolling lawns and plenty of space for guests and kids. You will immediately feel relaxed. The house is also stylish, well equipped and the bunk room / annexe keeps the kids well out of earshot.

** How is the property laid out? **

On Golden Ponds has three bedrooms in the main house – queen, queen, double, and a separate bunk room / annex that sleeps four in two bunks.

The main house bedrooms have lovely, polished wooden floors and the main bedroom has views over the water. The open plan kitchen and dining area connect to a sunken lounge, which in turn connects to a very large deck with great water view and a good, under-cover area for sun protection. The house has two bathrooms for shared use, one with shower and one with shower and bath.

The annex provides a couch and second TV.

The garden of On Golden Ponds is terraced below the house and has a very large area of lawn that runs down to the water – complete with kids’ cubby house and a private jetty.

The large, covered timber deck is complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining table.

** Wifi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner.If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

** What about outdoors? **

On Golden Ponds is characterised by the large size of the block (1,260m2),large deck, terraced gardens and a huge lawn area for the kids. The deck is complete with covered decking and an outdoor dining table. During your stay, also feel free to make use of the kids’ cubby house, and the private jetty.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

On Golden Ponds has a split system air-conditioning unit in the living area – providing either heating or cooling options. The sleep out room also hasa fan. The house iswell supplied with flyscreens inmany rooms, allowing you to catch any available breeze.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

On Golden Ponds does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by guests or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Yes! On Golden Pond is a pet-friendly property. Pets are welcome to stay subject to the following:

Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house

Absolutely no dogs on the furniture

Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

Lastly, please consider that not all guests bring dogs on holiday and we want everyone to enjoy a clean and fresh home. Please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure – thank you!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is good off-street parking behind a fence, with room on the driveway for three cars.

** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **

Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
