Please note that Mungurra is not a party house and is suitable for a MAXIMUM of 8 guests, comprising a MAXIMUM of 4 adults and 4 children, please. If you are found to have booked for more than 8 guests or more than 4 adults you will be evicted immediately. Permanent residents live on both sides and across the street from this property and they will report breaches to our office.
** Where will I be? **
Located on high side of Tulip Street, its elevated position gives Mungurra a wonderful outlook. Beaches and the cafe are also within easy walking distance.

** How is the property laid out? **
Mungurra is set across two levels with a deck, swimming pool and pizza oven nook coming off the upstairs / second level. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and modern with direct access to the swimming pool and front deck. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace.
Upstairs has an ocean facing master bedroom and a bunk room, both of which share a good sized bathroom. They adjoin the open plan living space. An internal laundry is also on this level.
Downstairs has one queen bedroom and a rumpus room with two day beds (that are not made up for guest use). Downstairs also has a shared bathroom.
** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **
This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email.
You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or compensation by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!
** What about outdoors? **
Mungurra has a lovely deck with ocean views. There is also a swimming pool with patio area. The rear of the property has a lawn area and backs directly onto Jervis Bay National Park.
If you wish to use the pizza oven, please BYO your own firewood and fire starters.
** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **
Mungurra has a gas fireplace for the cooler months, and in summer can be opened up extensively to catch the ocean breeze.
** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **
Linen and bath towels are provided at Mungurra. Though please remember to bring your own beach towels!
** Parking for cars, boats etc? **
There is driveway parking for 2 – 3 cars.
** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **
Mungurra is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
** What are the minimum stay rules? **
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
** Who will I be dealing with during my stay? **
