Where will I be?

Set amongst the trees and a flat 200m walk from Werri Beach, Treetops at Werri is a laid back, family friendly home. Drive 5 minutes up the road to the seaside town of Gerringong to find cafes, resturants, bars and shopping – or 15 minutes to the nearby boutique towns of Berry and Kiama for a day out! Located at the Northend of Renfrew Rd, Treetops is also close to the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk.

How is the property laid out?

This property is a two storey four bedroom home, with entry through the front door on Renfrew Rd or backyard gate on Werri St.

On entering downstairs you will find two bedrooms – Bedroom 1 with a Queen and Bedroom 2 with 2 Singles – plus a laundry area leading out to the spaciousbackyard. A toilet and shower are ajacent to the laundry area.

Head up the stairs to the second storey and you hit the airy and comfortable spaces of the kitchen, living room (with Smart TV & Bluetooth Speaker System)and dining area – centred between balconies either side of the house. Bedroom 3 with a Queenand Bedroom 4 with2 x Singlesare also on this level and are off to the side for quieter quarters. The main bathroom is located on this level.

What about outdoors?

Treetops at Werri has a good sized grass backyard that is fully fenced. You can enter straight off the beach via a side gate and make use of the outdoor shower.

The garage now includesa ping pong table! You may also borrow the boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

On the second storey, a covered barbeque area overlooking the backyard with spanning views to Rose Valleymakes for fantastic entertaining space whilst opposite on the same level an additional balcony catches the morning sun – the perfect spot for a morning cup of tea!

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

During the warmer months the house can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze. In the cooler months a gas heater is available to keep you warm in the open plan lounge and dining area. Portable heaters are also provided for use in the bedrooms.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality linen and bath towels are provided at Treetops at Werri – though please remember to bring your own beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Treetops at Werri has parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles.Street parking is also available on Renfrew Rd, and there is alternate access to the backyard via a gate on Werri Street.

Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

Yes! Treetops at Werri is pet friendly.

Close to the centre of Huskisson, the beach and local walking trails are all a short walk away. Inside you will find the home has retained its original charm, but has been restored to make your stay a comfortable one.

Propeller Lime is located in a quiet cul de sac and overlooks the bush.It is an easy eight minute walk to the town centre of Huskisson and six minutes walk to Huskisson Beach. At the end of the road there is access to Huskisson National Park for walking and bike riding trails.

This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!

** What about outdoors? **

There are many great outdoor options at Propeller Lime. Sit back and relax on the front deck, or BBQ and dine on the back patio. There is a separate outside toilet, as well as an outdoor shower to wash the sand off from the beach. The back yard is very large, and you may even receive a visit from a kangaroo or two and the resident kooaburra!Just note that the backyard is not fully fenced.

THE OASIS, Werri Beach – 4pm Check Out Sundays!

The Oasis is an original Werri Beach house that has been stylishly renovated into a casual, comfortable and relaxing home – complete with a secret garden! The main house has one queen bedroom and a separate cottage in the magical garden has a double bedroom with en-suite. The house oozes tranquility and you are less than a one minute walk to Werri Beach!

** Please note – water well and shallow pondin the garden **

The Oasis has a water well and shallow pond in the garden. The water well is completely covered by solid timber lattice work. The pond is shallow, yet unfenced!Please inspect upon your arrival, and despite the cover being secure, please supervise young children around the well.

** Where will I be? **

The Oasis is less than a one minute walkto the famous surf spot at Werri Beach, and the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk. Close to The Oasis is Werri lagoon – a safe swimming area for younger children. A short, 5 minute drive away is Gerringong where you’ll find good coffee and a selection of nice restaurants. Minnamurra Falls is also close by – another great family outing!

** Why choose The Oasis? **

The Oasis is a stylishly renovated, original Werri Beach house. With a Balinese influence, The Oasis is a comfortable and tranquil place to come home to after a day on the beach or exploring the local area.

** How is the property laid out? **

The Oasis is made up of the main house and a cottage, joined by a timber walkway that leads through a lovely garden. The cottage is nonetheless totally separate from the main house so keep this in mind if travelling with kids!

The main house contains one spacious bedroom with queen bed, as well as a bathroom withshower and separate bath tub, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a lounge room with smart tv. In the bedroom there is a single sofa bed that can be made up for a child on request.

The cottage contains a double bed and a bathroom which also contains a washer/dryer.

Please note that there is also a two storey annexe on the property (as seen in the photos). The deck areas of this annexe are accessible to guests, however the interior rooms, both upstairs and downstairs,are not for guest use.

** Sofa bed in master bedroom for one child **

The master bedroom has a super comfy sofa bed, suitable for one young child. You are free to make use of this but bring your own sheets, towels, blankets etc if you do.

** What about outdoors? **

Werri Beach is less than a one minute walk from the house. Connecting the two buildings is a timber deck with a Balinese inspired entertaining area complete with gas bbq and a heated spa bath, complete with swim jets for those who like to swim. There is an outdoor shower on the deck for cleaning up after the beach. The deck overlooks the landscaped garden.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge room of the main house, which also services the other rooms in the house. The lounge room also contains a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have free standing fans, and the cottage has an oil heater for warmth.

Moby’s at Hyams is a classic Hyams beach cottage that has been lovingly renovated into a compact, stylish, well equipped and comfortable home for 7. It is also only 100 metres from Hyams Beach, so going for a swim is an easy and spontaneous decision!

Moby’s at Hyams is located in the centreof Hyams Beach village, in a quiet street. It is ideallylocated, being only a 100 metre walk to Hyams Beach! Or 250 metres to the Hyams Beach Cafe.

** Why choose Bathers at Hyams? **

Moby’s at Hyams is a quintessential beach cottage, cleverly renovated to make the most of its space to give you a stylish, comfortable, well equipped option just moments from the beach! Fantastic beach cottage beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable with everything that you could want for a holiday by the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the house is bright and sunny with a back deck and front porch to soak up the sun.The location is amazing! Less than a 1 minute walk to Hyams beach and very close to the Hyams Beach caf and the gorgeous White Sands walk. We had a lovely stay here with our kids. There is lots to do in the area or its a perfect place to relax.Well be back for sure!.

The Estuary House is architecturally designed and master built in 2019. The contemporary design ushers in elements of the outdoors into the luxurious indoor space. The house is in a stunning waterfront location, complete with infinity pool and private jetty.

** Where will I be? **

Estuary House is located in the tranquil hamlet of Basin View, with private waterfront access to St Georges Basin. Basin View is at the western end of St Georges Basin, and is the only location where deeper water jetties can be found (water depth approximately 1.2m). Basin View also has a good public boat ramp located only 700 metres from the house.

** Why choose The Estuary House? **

The Estuary House oozes style, luxury, relaxation and tranquility. Its waterfront setting, pool deck, beautiful views, and private jetty force you to relax! The Estuary House is on one level, and steps down through the pool area to a good sized lawn that extends to the water’s edge. Like the idea of going to sleep with the sound of waves gently lapping at the shore? This delightful townhouse right on the beach, allows you to do just that. With access to the beach from a short bush path, you can wander the white sands of Jervis Bay or head directly to the National Park, also at your doorstep. Wembley is a one of a kind in the Southern Highlands – a historic, stylish and captivating home set amongst an oasis of landscaped gardens. Wembley is available to be booked for post wedding brunches. The 11 in house guests + an additional 30 guests may attend the brunch. This is entirely on a “Do It Yourself” basis. Wembley is unable to provide catering, cutlery, crockery etc for the brunch. The cost of hosting a brunch is an additional $1,450 and must be arranged with us at the time of booking or prior to your stay. The on site caretaker will monitor use of the property for brunches, and we will ensure payment for that.

Wembley is situated in Medway, to the west of historic Berrima. It is close enough to town to be an easy drive for coffee or a meal, but far enough out to truly feel away from it all. This is an ideal property for guests attending a wedding in the Southern Highlands as The Bendooley, Centennial, Eling Forest, The Loch and Artemis Estates are all within easy driving distance.

In the main house there are 3 bedrooms, a queen, a queen with 2 singles and a master bedroom with a king and a single. Shared by these bedrooms there is a truly exceptional family bathroom; an entirely open travertine tiled wet room with a feature reclaimed stained glass window from the Carrington Hotel, ornamental fireplace and a freestanding claw and ball bathtub. There is also a laundry in this section of the home with a washer, dryer, toilet and basin.

The heart of the house is the large kitchen with stained glass windows featuring a 5 burner range cooker, European appliances, granite bench tops and garden views. The large open plan living/dining area enjoys a large open fire, comfortable lounges and an antique French rectory dining table. Further to this, is the informal children’s lounge, with additional TV, Wii and retro arcade games machine. The second family bathroom is accessed via the children’s lounge, featuring a walk-in shower and a free standing claw and ball bath tub.

Across the lawn lies another real treat; a large covered entertainment area decorated in True Blue Aussie style – complete with bar, bar fridge, dart board,large gas barbecue, ping pong table and an outdoor TV! Adjacent to this games area is the pool house with queen bed, separate lounge and a full kitchen with bi-fold windows that open to the undercover bar area – even the chef won’t feel left out!

Wembley is set on 11 acres. At the front of the property there are beautiful lawns, an ornate fountain and a basketball court. To the rear of the home is a covered entertaining deck and open lawn area with a trampoline.The lawn leads to a paddock and childrenwill love visiting the chickens, alpacas and resident pony! The covered bar area opens to a full kitchen garden (help yourself!) and the 12m pool with in-built heated spa.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **
The main house has floor ducted heating and cooling throughout plus underfloor heating in the bathrooms and kitchen. The main lounge has a large open fireplace. The pool house has underfloor heating in the bedroom and bathroom and a gas fire in the lounge (but no airconditioning).

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **
Pillows, blankets, duvets, linen, bath towels and pool towelsare all provided at this property.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **
2 covered car ports are available for guests’ use and further parking is availableon the driveway or the half basketball court. Please do NOT park on the other lawn areas as there are irrigation and sprinkler systems that can be damaged by vehicles.

** Is my dog or cat welcome to stay? **
Sorry, Wembley is strictly not pet friendly – due to chickens, horses and other farm animals.

** What are the minimum stay rules? **
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during Peak Season. Peak Season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **
Please note that during PeakSeason, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.

** Is there any special information I should know about? **

The Paddock Area- children must be supervised at all times. The chicken coop is protected by electric fencing – DO NOT TOUCH. Guests must not enter the fenced paddocks, interaction with the pony and alpacas must be over the fence only. Guests must not access the feed shed.

Kangaroos and wombats frequently visit the property, guests are reminded that these are wild animals and not to approach them.

The pizza oven and adjacent BBQs are not available for guests’ use.

The trampoline is used entirely atyourown risk.

The pool is accessed via multiple gates and is fully compliant with NSW regulations. Please note, however, one of the pool gates is the large corrugated iron barn door in the bar area and therefore must be latched at all times.

Wembley is looked after by a caretaker who lives on the property. However you are assured of complete privacy as the property is not overlooked by the caretaker’s residence.

When you enter Vukeville you will find yourself in the open plan living, kitchen and dining area, which opens onto the large undercover patio. There is also a separate activity area with a lounge and TV near the bunk room, and a European laundry off the entrance.

The outdoor areas at Vukeville are second to none. The large, secure backyard backs onto the cycle path, the perfect way to explore the local beaches. Tulip Beach House at Hyams Beach – 4pm Check Out Sundays

Tulip Beach House is located at the northern end of the village in a quiet street. It is only a few hundred metres from the entrance to Chinaman’s Beach and the White Gums coastal walk.

An original Hyams Beach holiday house, this home has plenty of space for all. Featuring a garden flat with bunk beds, a downstairs recreation area and upstairs front and back decks, there is ample room for everyone.

** How is the property laid out? **

Tulip Beach House is a double storey configuration, with separate garden flat that contains the fourth bedroom with two single beds. All living areas are upstairs, with laundry, single garage and undercover play areas downstairs. The laundry has a toilet and shower for use by the garden flat. Upstairs and inside the main house, the lounge and dining have access to the deck at the front of the house which has an outdoor setting for alfresco dining. The deck is large and has great views. There are three bedrooms in the main house: one adjacent to the lounge with two single beds, one queen room, and one double room. The shared bathroom has a shower, toilet, and basin.

The Tree House is a large, spacious and secluded beach house option – with plenty of parking, and a great entertaining deckwith views to Jervis Bay. The house is spread over three levels with room for everyone and a self-contained downstairs flat for a couple.

The Tree House is located on the first road into Hyams Beach, Booderee Avenue. It is set high off the road and is within easy walking distance to the beaches and the Hyams Beach Cafe.

The Tree House is large open home set over three levels. At the front there is a large entertaining deck with BBQ. The entire family is catered for with this home as there are two separate living spaces and three bathrooms.

** How is the property laid out? **

The Tree House is spread out over three levels. In terms of layout, a floor plan is provided, however the ground level has undercover parking for two cars as well as a self-contained bedroom separate from the house. On the first / middle level is the dining area then kitchen and living space, including a wood fire place. Also on this level is a bathroom and a bedroom with a king size bed. On the third / top level there is another sitting room, the remaining three bedrooms, a shared bathroom.
