From the street, Vince’s Landing presents as a cute cottage, however once inside it opens into a large open living space with views over the reserve to the water – the huge St Georges Basin. Gorgeous timber tones and generous living spaces will make you feel right at home. The large patio area is perfect for a BBQ overlooking the water.

Hyams Beach, Booderee National Park, Vincentia and Huskisson are all only a 5 – 10 minute drive away.

Vince’s Landing is set out over two levels. The streetscape of the property is discreet, quaint and attractive. The front garden has a white picket fence and lawn area, leading to the front door. Once you step inside, the huge living areas and space that this home offers are revealed to you as a complete surprise!

The upper level comprises of two queen bedrooms, a shared bathroom and the huge open plan living, kitchen, dining and study area. This level is itself split level and flows down to full width sliding glass doors that open up to a large, full width deck that overlooks the St Georges Basin. A feature of the house is its industrial style kitchen, high ceilings and natural light – showcased beautifully in this space!

The lower level comprises of a third bedroom with double, a kids bedroom for 4 (tri bunk of double on the bottom and single at the top + separate trundle bed), an internal laundry and a large shared bathroom with slate tiling. Both bedrooms have access to the waterfront garden and lawn areas.

The upstairs deck adjoings the main living level and has lovely views of the water. A large downstairs patio leads onto a stepped garden that flattens out into a lawn area. Backing onto the lawn is the a large public reserve, perfect for ball games or exercising. The St Georges Basin water’s edge is just beyond the reserve.

A gas BBQ is located on the downstairs patio.

Set amongst the trees and a flat 200m walk from Werri Beach, Treetops at Werri is a laid back, family friendly home. Drive 5 minutes up the road to the seaside town of Gerringong to find cafes, resturants, bars and shopping – or 15 minutes to the nearby boutique towns of Berry and Kiama for a day out! Located at the Northend of Renfrew Rd, Treetops is also close to the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk.

Head up the stairs to the second storey and you hit the airy and comfortable spaces of the kitchen, living room (with Smart TV & Bluetooth Speaker System)and dining area – centred between balconies either side of the house. Bedroom 3 with a Queenand Bedroom 4 with2 x Singlesare also on this level and are off to the side for quieter quarters. The main bathroom is located on this level.

What about outdoors?

Treetops at Werri has a good sized grass backyard that is fully fenced. You can enter straight off the beach via a side gate and make use of the outdoor shower.

The garage now includesa ping pong table! You may also borrow the boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

On the second storey, a covered barbeque area overlooking the backyard with spanning views to Rose Valleymakes for fantastic entertaining space whilst opposite on the same level an additional balcony catches the morning sun – the perfect spot for a morning cup of tea!

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

During the warmer months the house can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze. In the cooler months a gas heater is available to keep you warm in the open plan lounge and dining area. Portable heaters are also provided for use in the bedrooms.

The Oasis is an original Werri Beach house that has been stylishly renovated into a casual, comfortable and relaxing home – complete with a secret garden! The main house has one queen bedroom and a separate cottage in the magical garden has a double bedroom with en-suite. The house oozes tranquility and you are less than a one minute walk to Werri Beach!

** Please note – water well and shallow pondin the garden **

The Oasis has a water well and shallow pond in the garden. The water well is completely covered by solid timber lattice work. The pond is shallow, yet unfenced!Please inspect upon your arrival, and despite the cover being secure, please supervise young children around the well.

** Where will I be? **

The Oasis is less than a one minute walkto the famous surf spot at Werri Beach, and the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk. Close to The Oasis is Werri lagoon – a safe swimming area for younger children. A short, 5 minute drive away is Gerringong where you’ll find good coffee and a selection of nice restaurants. Minnamurra Falls is also close by – another great family outing!

The Oasis is a stylishly renovated, original Werri Beach house. With a Balinese influence, The Oasis is a comfortable and tranquil place to come home to after a day on the beach or exploring the local area.

** How is the property laid out? **

The Oasis is made up of the main house and a cottage, joined by a timber walkway that leads through a lovely garden. The cottage is nonetheless totally separate from the main house so keep this in mind if travelling with kids!

The main house contains one spacious bedroom with queen bed, as well as a bathroom withshower and separate bath tub, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a lounge room with smart tv. In the bedroom there is a single sofa bed that can be made up for a child on request.

The cottage contains a double bed and a bathroom which also contains a washer/dryer.

Please note that there is also a two storey annexe on the property (as seen in the photos). The deck areas of this annexe are accessible to guests, however the interior rooms, both upstairs and downstairs,are not for guest use.

The main house has a front deck with outdoor furniture, heater, and views over the ocean and headland. The backyard is fully fenced with a lawn and herb garden, there is an under cover area with gas BBQ and table and chairs.

The main house has a gas log fireplace in the living area and outdoor heaters. For the warmer months there is air conditioning. The studio apartment has a gas heater and air conditioning.

Unwind in stylish comfort! This tastefully renovated and well furnished home adjoining the Jervis Bay National Park has an enormous deck with views, views, views! Close to the beach, but far enough from the crowds, Unwind at Hyams Beach will draw you back again and again.

Unwind has a steepish driveway, but is easily navigable if you take care.

** Where will I be? **

Unwind at Hyamsis located on the uphill side of Tulip Street, equidistant to Little Hyams and Chinamans Beach. The cottage is a relaxed beach house with expansive views over Jervis Bay. The new large deck has a commanding position allowing easy outdoor living in a private protected space. There is also a good garden for the kids which adjoins native bushland at the rear of the property.

** Why choose Unwind? **

Unwind has amazing views, a good garden, and is casual and comfortable. It offers great value for money and is a great option either for couples or a family.

** How is thr property laid out? **

Unwind is accessed from sliding doors off the new front deck. There is space for parking two cars under the deck. The door opens into open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area. The main bedroom is at the front of the house. The second bedroom is located off the lounge area and the third new large bedroom is in a quiet location at the back of the house.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!

** What about outdoors? **

Unwind has a good, mostly natural garden. The new large deck has views over the whole of the bay and to the bush at the rear of the property. The deck has an outdoor table with seating for eight and a gas barbecue for your use.

Unwind is equipped with a gas heater in the main living area of the house. In addition, each bedroom is fitted with an electric bar heater. On warmer days, the house can be opened up to catch the breeze, but there is also apedestal fan supplied.

Treetops in Vincentia – 4pm Check Out Sundays

Enjoy total tranquillity in this secluded beach house, a short stroll from lovely Blenheim and Greenfield beaches. Treetops is light, airy and spacious with a large deck overlooking the bush reserve at the back of the property. It has abundant bird life and native gardens. Free wifi is available and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

** Where will I be? **

Treetops is located at the southern end of Vincentia in a lovely bush reserve setting. The house is an easy 12 minute walk to Blenheim Beach or a 15 minute walk to Greenfield Beach. The local towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach are a short drive away, as is Booderee National Park.

** Why choose Treetops? **

Sit back and relax on the large back deck. Enjoy the outlook over the nearby nature reserve; you may even receive a visit from some local wildlife!

** How is theproperty laid out? **

When you enter Treetops you will find yourself on the top floor. On this floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. There is also bathroom with a spa bath and the open plan kitchen, living and dining area that opens onto the large deck. Downstairs is a second lounge room, bedroom with a queen bed and combined laundry and bathroom.

This property offers complimentary NBN WiFi and a smart tv.

Tranquility is a very stylish, well equipped and comfortable beach house. It has contemporary decor and artworks, lovely gardens, a quiet setting, and a rear entertainment area that adjoins natural bushland. A Hyams classic that will not disappoint!

Located at the top of Hyam Road and adjoining the National Park, Tranquility is situated in a quiet area of Hyams Beach with bush walks from the back door. It is also an easy walk to the beaches and cafe.

Tranquility has a combustion fireplace. You will need to BYO firewood and starters, please. There is also a gas heater and two electric heaters to keep you warm during the cooler months. For Summer, it has ceiling fans in all three bedrooms as well as in the living room.
