Or take a short stroll down the hill to have a refreshing dip in the amazing Boat Harbour rock pool. Cook a meal in the spacious kitchen, then dine al fresco in the back courtyard with your dog.
** How is the property laid out? **** **
Whale Watch For Four has one bedroom with bathroom downstairs and one bedroom with bathroom upstairs in the studio apartment. Perfect for two couples. The modern bathroom/laundry downstairs has a shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine and dryer. The modern bathroom upstairs has shower, vanity, toilet and deep spa bath with plantation shutters which open up so you can enjoy the view while bathing. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and bedside tables. The upstairs bedroom in the studio apartment has a separate lounge, bar fridge and smart television with access to Netflix.
Downstairs there are two living areas, the first at the front of the house with a smart TV, DVD player, Foxtel, gas log fireplace and ocean views. The second living area opens to the back courtyard and has a big comfy lounge and second TV. The huge kitchen is well equipped with electric hotplate and oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? **
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
** What about outdoors? **
The main house has a front deck with outdoor furniture, heater, and views over the ocean and headland. The backyard is fully fenced with a lawn and herb garden, there is an under cover area with gas BBQ and table and chairs.

The main house has a gas log fireplace in the living area and outdoor heaters. For the warmer months there is air conditioning. The studio apartment has a gas heater and air conditioning.

Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
** Parking for cars, boats etc? **
There is parking for two cars only as this home is situated in a private subdivision with limited parking. One space is at the top of the driveway and the other is on the grass verge along the frontage of the property.
** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and five night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **
Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
