Whale Watch For Four has one bedroom with bathroom downstairs and one bedroom with bathroom upstairs in the studio apartment. Perfect for two couples. The modern bathroom/laundry downstairs has a shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine and dryer. The modern bathroom upstairs has shower, vanity, toilet and deep spa bath with plantation shutters which open up so you can enjoy the view while bathing. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and bedside tables. The upstairs bedroom in the studio apartment has a separate lounge, bar fridge and smart television with access to Netflix.

Downstairs there are two living areas, the first at the front of the house with a smart TV, DVD player, Foxtel, gas log fireplace and ocean views. The second living area opens to the back courtyard and has a big comfy lounge and second TV. The huge kitchen is well equipped with electric hotplate and oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

Mystic Sands is a casual, comfortable, spacious and extremely well equipped beach house – complete with pool table, table tennis, multiple living areas and large decks. It’s cocooned and very private location, away from any road, will pleasantly surprise you. The house also has fantastic views of Gerroa, Seven Mile Beach and Culburra. Sleeping nine, this is a perfect group or multi-family option!

Vehicle access is via Bland Street, alongside No. 3 Bland Street. There is only pedestrian access to Crooked River Road, as driveway access off the main road is too dangerous / tricky.

Mystic Sands is located only a couple of minutes walk from Seven Mile Beach, the Blue Swimmer Cafe or the Gerroa Boat Fishermen’s Club (which has a courtesy bus).

Gull House is a single storey house with a pool. It has four bedrooms: Bedroom One with a queen bed, bedside tables, bedside lights, walk in wardrobe, bay window and ensuite bathroom; Bedroom Two has a queen bed, built in wardrobe, bedside tables,bedside lights & ensuite bathroom; Bedroom Three is furnished with a king bed that can be split into two single beds on request, bedside table, bedside lights & built-in wardrobe. Bedroom Four has bedside table, bedside lights, built in wardrobe and two single beds. Bedrooms Three and Four are at the other end of the house near the family rumpus room.

There are three bathrooms: an ensuite to the queen bedroom with spa bath, shower and toilet; Bathroom Two is a two way ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet and Bathroom Three is the large main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

There are three living areas – a family rumpus room which looks out over the swimming pool terrace area and has a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV, perfect for online streaming. There is also a separate sitting room with open fireplace, and a large open plan living room with combustion wood fireplace and a wall mounted flat screen smart TV, also set up for online streaming.

In addition to this, there is a separate formal dining area, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, two wall ovens, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The laundry has a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and clothes line

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Outside is an inground swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by landscaped gardens and an undercover deck wraps around the property. There is an entertaining area overlooking the pool with gas BBQ, outdoor table, chairs and lounge.

Gull House offers reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the property. The main living areas and all bedrooms also have ceiling fans. There is a combustion stove for use in the winter months.

Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

There is off street, open air parking for three cars on the driveway at the front of the house.

There is a large open plan fully equipped kitchen, breakfast dining and a living area that opens out onto the swimming pool enclosure. There is also a separate dining room and separate lounge room with Jetmaster wood fireplace and large flat-screen TV. There is also a laundry with washer and dryer.

The Cottage is a three minute walk from the main house down a farm lane. There is a cricket pitch next door and a games room at the back of the Cottage with pool table, arcade game, dolls house, comfortable sofas and large flat screen TV & DVD/stereo.

In the cottage there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

There is also a living and dining area with two two seater lounges, flat screen TV & DVD and pot belly stove, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric hot plates/oven and microwave.
