Set amongst the trees and a flat 200m walk from Werri Beach, Treetops at Werri is a laid back, family friendly home. Drive 5 minutes up the road to the seaside town of Gerringong to find cafes, resturants, bars and shopping – or 15 minutes to the nearby boutique towns of Berry and Kiama for a day out! Located at the Northend of Renfrew Rd, Treetops is also close to the start of the Gerringong to Kiama Coastal Walk.

How is the property laid out?

This property is a two storey four bedroom home, with entry through the front door on Renfrew Rd or backyard gate on Werri St.

On entering downstairs you will find two bedrooms – Bedroom 1 with a Queen and Bedroom 2 with 2 Singles – plus a laundry area leading out to the spaciousbackyard. A toilet and shower are ajacent to the laundry area.

Head up the stairs to the second storey and you hit the airy and comfortable spaces of the kitchen, living room (with Smart TV & Bluetooth Speaker System)and dining area – centred between balconies either side of the house. Bedroom 3 with a Queenand Bedroom 4 with2 x Singlesare also on this level and are off to the side for quieter quarters. The main bathroom is located on this level.

What about outdoors?

Treetops at Werri has a good sized grass backyard that is fully fenced. You can enter straight off the beach via a side gate and make use of the outdoor shower.

The garage now includesa ping pong table! You may also borrow the boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

On the second storey, a covered barbeque area overlooking the backyard with spanning views to Rose Valleymakes for fantastic entertaining space whilst opposite on the same level an additional balcony catches the morning sun – the perfect spot for a morning cup of tea!

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

During the warmer months the house can be opened up to catch any available sea breeze. In the cooler months a gas heater is available to keep you warm in the open plan lounge and dining area. Portable heaters are also provided for use in the bedrooms.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

High quality linen and bath towels are provided at Treetops at Werri – though please remember to bring your own beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

Treetops at Werri has parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles.Street parking is also available on Renfrew Rd, and there is alternate access to the backyard via a gate on Werri Street.

Is my dog or cat welcome to stay?

Yes! Treetops at Werri is pet friendly.

Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house

Absolutely no dogs on anyfurniture or in any of the bedrooms

What are the minimum stay rules?
There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during Peak Season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.

Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We do not schedule arrivals on Public Holidays.

Whilst the backyard is fully fenced, we do ask that you watch your pets in order to keep them safe and secure – thank you!

Staying in The Angas Carriage is a truly unique and enjoyable experience. Angas started life as a passenger train in the 1920s and has been loving restored and converted into accommodation for up to 9 guests. The original woodwork and compartment layout make this a beautiful place to be. Modern updates including insulation, kitchen, bathroom, heating and air conditioning ensure that Angas remains comfortable for guests all these years later. This is an accommodation experience that you will not forget.

The Angas Carriage is located within the Little Forest complex, a collection of 7 cottages spread across 42 acres of grounds. The carriage does have its own private spaces, but please be aware that other guests may be around as well. There are two other cottagesin immediate proximity to the carriage so please do expect to occasionally see your neighbours. Communal spaces include the lawns, gardens, driveway and trails, but you will have plenty of privacy as well. The Little Forest complex has a bush setting and is circled on one side by the Sydney – Melbourne railway line. As a result, trains are audible at times, and for any kids, part of the fun! Little Forest also has various trails throughout its 42 acres, but please keep children supervised at all times due to wildlife, unfenced dams and trains.

A hallway runs the length of the carriage, off which you will find the 7 bedrooms. The kitchen has a bar fridge, convection microwave and a small gas stovetop. Cooking equipment is supplied. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet that is at the kitchen end of the carriage. At the opposite end is a separate toilet. The windows look out onto the landscaped gardens and surrounding bush.

Studio Cottage is a truly unique property that offers guests a charming country getaway. The cottage was built by artist Ray Crooke as his studio in the 1970s. The sandstone he used was originally hand quarried by convicts and was reclaimed from the old Kerrigans Inn. The cottage has a wonderful cozy feel to it and is a wonderful retreat to come home to after a day exploring the Southern Highlands.

Just over an hours drive from Sydney, Alpine Lodge is the perfect luxury country getaway. Set on 22 acres, this architecturally designed home boasts beautiful bush views and luxurious modern amenities. Alpine Lodge is located approximately 10 minutes drive from Mittagong. Bowral is a 15 minute drive away. This is the perfect location for those who want a secluded retreat to come home to after a day enjoying all the Southern Highlands has to offer.

From the kitchen the property opens up into a spacious casual dining/living room with floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto a massive paved outdoor terrace. The lounge faces a gorgeous sandstone feature wall. Take the steps beside the sandstone feature wall to enter the rumpus room with 2 seater lounge, wall mounted big screen TV. Also on this level is a bathroom, & two bedrooms one with a queen bed and built in, and the other with 2x king singles & built in. There is a glass sliding door out onto a large rear deck where you can overlook the surrounding bushland.

A large foyer with vaulted ceiling that features a white piano is located behind the kitchen wall. Pass through the double doors into the formal dining room and raised formal lounge room which features the double sided fireplace, glass windows that bring light and sunshine indoors and allow guests to enjoy the views. (The hallway in front of the piano leads to the actual front door. The foundations have sunk slightly and the front door is now extremely difficult to open and close hence why we use the side entrance off the carport) At the end of the hallway beside the front door there is another set of white double doors that leads into the spacious home office with a desk. There is a powder room opposite the staircase to the upper level.

Upstairs is a sitting room, home theatre with balcony behind the blackout curtains, and three bedrooms; two with queen beds & built-ins plus access to a balcony. On this level you will also find the master bedroom with king bed, occasional chair by the windows perfect for reading, wall mounted TV, walk in robe, & two way bathroom with underfloor heating, heated towel racks, bath, shower, & vanity.

There are heated, polished concrete floors throughout the house. Between the formal dining room and the lounge room is a double sided gas fireplace which warms both areas. The ensuite bathroom features underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.

Rowse House is a casual and comfortable holiday home in a prime location – across the road from a park, with great views from both levels of Jervis Bay and beautiful Chinaman’s Beach! Across the road from the only park in Hyams Beach and with lovely views across the bay and down to Chinaman’s Beach, Rowse House can’t be beaten for location. The Hyams Beach Cafe and your pick of three beaches are also within easy walking distance. You areon the prime waterfront strip of Cyrus Street, with no other houses in front. If that wasn’t enough, Booderee National Park and the nearby towns of Huskisson and Vincentia are only a short drive away!

** Why choose Rowse House? **

Built and owned by the same family since 1951, Rowse House has been a labour of love over the years, and retains much of it original, casual and comfortable charm. It is an older style home but a solid ‘crowd favourite’. Sit back and enjoy the ocean views from the lovely deck or upstairs balcony, or let the kids run around in the spacious backyard.

Entry toRowse House is from the rear. On the downstairs level is a bedroom with a double bed, the kitchen, living and dining area, as well as a combined bathroom/laundry and separate toilet. Upstairs there is a bathroom and three bedrooms: one with two single beds, the second with one double bed and one single bed, and the third with a queen bed. Two of the upstairs bedrooms access a balcony with fantastic views of Jervis Bay. There is also a bathroom on the second level.

The front deck is fully fenced and accessible via the open plan living area. There is a large backyard with a washing line and plenty of space for some cricket! Please keep in mind if you are bringing your furry friends that the yard is not fully fenced.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

There are heaters at Rowse House for cooler months, and a pedestal fan for the summer. You can also open the windows and the doors to catch an ocean breeze.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Rowse House does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by the guest or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.

** Parking for cars? **

There is plenty of off-street parking. The driveway is to the right of the house and can comfortably accommodate 3 cars.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Rowse House is a pet friendly home!Please note though that this property is not fully fenced.

** How is the property laid out? **

Kendalls Beach Getaway consists of two dwellings, a main house and a cottage.

The main house is a two storey home that has been set up to sleep6 adults and 4 children comfortably.

Main house, downstairs – enter the property from downstairs, where you will find a living area, the main queen bedroom with an ensuite and the laundry.

Main house, upstairs – upstairs there is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, along with the second bathroom and three bedrooms:one queen, one with two king singles and the third with a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single above) + atrundle bed.

The Cottage has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Down the hall are 2 bedrooms, one queen, and one with two single bunks (furnished with4 children in mind). There is a combined bathroom and laundry.

** WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. The main house has a full length upstairs balcony at the front of the house. The backyard is fully fenced with an outdoor dining setting, umbrella and a spa to make the most of the outdoors!

The cottage has a large undercover outdoor area which is protected from the wind. To the side of the cottage you also have a courtyard style garden.

The main house has reverse cycle air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. All the windows have been fitted with flyscreens so you can let the breeze in without the bugs.There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living room of the cottage for year round comfort.

Harrington is stylish, inviting and comfortable…and when it comes to views – a breathtaking beach house! This attractive home sleeps 10, however is NOT SUITABLE FOR MORE THAN 6 ADULTS. Please do not book for more than 6 adults. All bedrooms are downstairs and upstairs is an open plan layout with large deck. This home is beautifully appointed and equipped, and the view is to die for. It is NOT a party house however, sorry!

** Where will I be? **

Harrington is located on an elevated section of Headland Drive, astride the Gerroa inlet and Seven Mile Beach. The home has stunning views because of its location. Various beaches and Black Head Reserve are within walking distance of the house. The local shop, The Fisherman’s Club and the Blue Swimmer Cafe are an easy drive from here, or if you are reasonably fit, also walkable. Please check the bedding configuration closely and note that the tri-bunk beds are double beds on the bottom and a single bed above. The house therefore has the equivalent of one queen bed, two double beds, and four single beds – a total of 10.

Harrington is a two storey home, laide out as follows:

Downstairs has all three 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, an internal laundry and a rumpus room.

Upstairs has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and a full width deck accessed from the living room. Bi-fold doors allow the whole level, including the deck to be opened up into one fantastic indoor / outdoor space.

** What about outdoors? **

Sit back, relax and watch the world go by on the full width deck with uninterrupted views of Seven Mile Beach. Or enjoy some fun in the spacious backyard with good sized lawn areas.

** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **

Harrington offers reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs and downstairs for the cooler months and ceiling fans throughout to ensure air flow and comfort during the hotter months. The house can also be opened up to catch any available sea breeze, aided by its elevated position and bi-fold doors to the deck and louver windows.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Harrington. Please bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit Seven Mile Beach or Gerroa!

Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.

Four Loralyn is a fully refurbished and beautifully equipped waterfront house – comfortably accommodating 8 adults and 4 children in 4 bedrooms and over 2 levels. The home has two upstairs decks, one with magnificent water views, and the downstairs rooms flow through to lawns that run down to the water’s edge. This home away from home is the perfect entertainer for a big family gathering, with plenty of secure covered and off-street parking for boats and car!

Please take care with young children at the water’s edge. The St Georges Basin is generally a safe and shallow water environment, but children should be supervised at all times.

Four Loralyn is in St George’s Basin, a suburb that takes its name from the beautiful basin of water that is right in front of the property – offering peaceful views, fantastic birdlife, watersports and fishing. The house is in a quiet stretch of Loralyn Avenue just around the corner from the local boat ramp. The local shops are also close by and the beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay, Booderee National Park, Huskisson or Vincentia are all15 minutes away by car.

Downstairs – has an entry hall, state of the art internal laundry combined with a shower and toilet, one bedroom with two king single beds and trundles, and a huge second bedroom with two queen beds (each with its own recess). Both bedrooms on this level have access to a covered outdoor sitting area and the lawns.

Upstairs – has a landing area, one good sized king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a good large shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is also a large, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area – complete with wood fire and a good sized expansive entertaining deck with BBQ.

Access to the water for swimming is also easy with no steep drop off and relatively shallow water.

** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **

Four Loralyn has a reverse cycle air conditioning (for heating and cooling in the main living area upstairs), ceiling fans in every bedroom and a panel heater downstairs. On a cooler day or for a winter weekend away, the wood heater upstairs will keep you warm and give great atmosphere to the room!
