The Angas Carriage is reached down a tree-lined country drive way. You approach the carriage across a lawn and enter up the steel stairs. You enter into the kitchen and dining area. A hallway runs the length of the carriage, off which you will find the 7 bedrooms. The kitchen has a bar fridge, convection microwave and a small gas stovetop. Cooking equipment is supplied. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet that is at the kitchen end of the carriage. At the opposite end is a separate toilet. The windows look out onto the landscaped gardens and surrounding bush.

** Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it? **

This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The sandstone he used was originally hand quarried by convicts and was reclaimed from the old Kerrigans Inn. Downstairs there are two living areas, the first at the front of the house with a smart TV, DVD player, Foxtel, gas log fireplace and ocean views. The second living area opens to the back courtyard and has a big comfy lounge and second TV. The Pavilion at Hyams – 4pm Check Out Sundays

The Pavilion’s large windows throughout the house frame views of the bay and bush. There are four decks offering both sunny and shady retreats. You’ll feel like you’re living in the treetops, though so close to the main beach and Hyams Beach Cafe.

** Where will I be? **

The Pavilion is located at the southern end of Hyams Beach just up from Hyams’ main beach. It is a stroll down the hill to the Hyams Beach Cafe and around the corner to the Jervis Bay National Park where there are walks through to Booderee National Park.

The large lounge room is comfortably furnished, so you can chill out with a book, unwind with your favourite music from the ipod-compatible stereo, watch a DVD or challenge your companions to a board game. Equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a pleasure, the kitchen includes a ceramic cook top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The adjacent dining room has views of the bay and comfortably seats eight. Alternatively, you can breakfast with the birds on the front deck or enjoy a casual BBQ on the spacious, bush-facing rear deck.

The Pacific is located at the northern end of Geringong’s Werri Beach, with the option to swim in either the surf or the lagoon. The surf’s edge is literally only 100m from the house – accessed via a short bush track through a sandy knoll. The lagoon – perfect for kids – is also a very easy short walk. The Gerringong main street with shops, cafes and restaurants is about a 3 minute drive and the famous Werri fish shop is just around the corner!

The Pacific is casual, comfortable, stylish and perfectly located between Werri Beach and Werri Lagoon. It is a great option for families and the fenced back yard is handy for kids or pets!

** How is the property laid out? **

The Pacific is a single level home with good sized living areas, a contemporary well equipped kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms, and a large sun-room. There is one shared bathroom for the house, a separate laundry and a garage for guests use.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has a king bed. For more than 6 guests, there is a fold out sofa bed in the sun room.

** What about outdoors? **

The Pacific has a front lawn area, a back lawn area and a sunny courtyard with BBQ. The back garden is fully fenced and secure.

** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **

The Pacific has reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan living and dining room. There is also a ceiling fan in the main living area and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The propertycan also be opened up to catch any ocean breeze. Portable electric heaters available for use in the bedrooms in the cooler months.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

High quality sheets and towels are provided at The Pacific. Dont forget to bring your favourite beach towel!

Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed.For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items such as food or condiments.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is off street parking in the garage for one vehicle, and off street, open air parking for an additional 2 vehicles.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **

Yes, your favourite pet is welcome to stay at The Pacific, and please note the following:

Please BYO pet bedding, bowls, etc

Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house

Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms

The yard is fully fenced, and there is an off leash zone on Werri Beach as well as a selection of dog exercise areas located throughout the region

Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

** How is the property laid out? **

Tasman Drive is a split level home on three levels:

On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen, living and dining area with leather sofas, large flatscreen TV, PS4, adjoining decks and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is modern and sleek and has quality appliances.There are also two bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed and large wooden cot, and the second with a queen bed only. Adjacent to these is a shared bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

On the upper level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and views to the beach. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet plus an outdoor luxury limestone freestanding bath – something unique! Stainless steel louvres and smoked glass balustrades allow you to bathe outdoors in privacy while enjoying the spectacular view!

The basement floor is designed for the kids games room and kids bedroom. The kids bedroom has twin single beds (with small trundle beds underneath for young children sleeping up to four in this room on request), flat screen TV and PS3. The games room has a pool table, fusball and table tennis table. There is also a bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, and a laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

** What about outdoors? **

Tasman Drive has wide decks or marble terraces on all levels. There is outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ facing the mountain views to the west. The sunny lawn area extends from the outdoor entertainment area on the basement level. The house also has an outdoor shower for use after returning from the beach.

** Keeping warm or keeping cool?! **

Tasman Drive can be opened up in summer to take in the ocean breeze. There are dimplex electric heaters and an electric fireplace in the games room.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Tasman Drive. Please bring your own beach towels!

Surfscape is in a great location. There is a park with swings and slides down the road and a pathway which offers a short cut to the mouth of Crooked River and Little Beach. During the peak summer period, the beach is patrolled by our local surf club, – remember to swim between the flags. You are also a short stroll away from the award winning Blue Swimmer Cafe and the very popular Gerroa Fishermen’s Club. There is a general store and post office and the nearby town of Gerringong is a six minute drive away.
