Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The king bedroom has a private balcony with a view out to the ocean plus an ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs is the open plan kitchen/dining and lounge room with polished concrete flooring running smoothly through the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. A breakfast bar seats four and the wooden dining table seats eight. The lounge area has comfy seating, a large flatscreen TV and coffee table.The kitchen is full equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven andelectric hotplate, Coffee machine (some capsules provided), double fridge/freezer with ice water system.There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower, bath, vanity, mirror, and toilet.

The headland outside this property is unfenced, so small children need to be watched. There is also an outdoor shower.

Villa Nova has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, a ceiling fan and air conditioning in the main living area.

Bedroom one has a king bed and large ensuite with a bath and shower. Bedroom two has a king bed, bedroom three has two king singles. Each of these bedrooms have their own floor to ceiling wardrobes in the hall and both share a large bathroom with walk in shower.
