This home has recently undergone significant updates. You will find quality linen, a new TV and a new BBQ. All the bedrooms either upstairs or at the back of the house and all living areas are at the front facing the beach. The paved outdoor entertainment nook fronts on to a lovely little garden area where there is a bush track down to the beach.

** How is the property laid out? **

There are three bedrooms, two queens and one with two singles, all with built-ins and ceiling fans, the main also having an en-suite and private balcony. There is a bath and separate laundry, and open plan kitchen and dining that overlooks the slightly sunken lounge. This gives access to the outdoors via a glass sliding door.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

This property provides complimentary Netflix and Wi-Fi, and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival emailor will be available at the property. This home is complete with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and there are electric heaters in the living room and master bedroom. There is a large gas log fire in the lounge room and the property is also provided with lots of blankets to keep everyone warm and cosy during the cooler winter months.

Seascape Cottage at Hyams Beach is the perfect escape for a small family – tucked in right behind the Hyams Beach Cafe for a perfect location, and with lovely water views. One deck is for BBQ’ing, the other for drinks or a meal with views to Point Perpendicular and Jervis Bay!

Seascape Cottage sits on the beach side of Cyrus Street, right behind the Hyams Beach Cafe. Either the main beach at Hyams, or the little middle beach in the village are an easy walk from here. This location offers you the convenience of the beach and cafe, whilst also giving you privacy and seclusion away from the road.

This townhouse is decorated in a lovely Hamptons theme, with fantastic views all the way to Point Perpendicular. The two deck spaces offer shelter from the wind or sun as necessary. A slow combustion wood fire makes this a perfect winter retreat.

Birdsong at Hyams has three outside areas, great for alfresco dining or for sneaking in an afternoon siesta. It also has a stylish split-level design, and a lovely, tranquil, bush setting.

** How is the property laid out? **

Birdsong at Hyams is a two-storey home with three good-sized bedrooms, front and rear timberdecks, and a sunny balcony. There are also sun lounges and a private outdoor rainshower with hot and cold water. The home has a split-level living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry, two bathrooms (one with a bath) and parking for up to three cars. It is ideal for weekends away or longer stays, and combines practical seaside holiday living with the comforts of home. The bedrooms are configured as one queen bed downstairs, and two queen rooms upstairs.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

Birdsong has high speed NBN for internet, Netflix, Stan and other streaming services. The latest LG OLED TV has also been installed. A Sonos sound system is also available.

Whilst the NBN WiFi service is generally reliable, we cannot guarantee it 100% and will not pay compensation for any loss of connectivity. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

Birdsong also has a greatlibrary of DVD’s and plenty of books to read.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Birdsong at Hyams is equipped with a gas heater, and if the house it opened up in summer, it catches any available breeze. The rear deck and upstairs rear balcony are also north facing so have a good sun aspect on a fresh morning.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Birdsong at Hyams supplies linen and bath towels. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels.

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

Birdsong at Hyams has parking for up to three cars and shares a driveway with the next door property.

** Is my dog also welcome to stay? **

Yes! Birdsong is a dog friendly property, and has a small,secure outdoor area. Please note the following rules;

Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house,and absolutely no dogs are allowed on the furniture or in the bedroomsIf your dog will be inside at night, please provide beddingPlease bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriatelyPlease clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure** What are the minimum stay rules? **

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.

** Are there any special Peak Season rules? **

Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing and New Years Day public Holidays.

** Please note **

The pool at this property is professionally cleaned on a regular fortnightly basis. However as this is a holiday house and not a hotel, we CANNOT guarantee that the pool will be serviced on your day of arrival or that it will be free of leaves. The property has trees around it and wind / weather conditions are naturally unpredictable. A pool cleaning basket is provided for your use to clean leaves out of the pool upon arrival or during your stay.

As boring as it may be, whilst the owners of the properties take care to keep the houses in good condition and good working order, nevertheless breakages, outages and malfunctions do occur. When this happens, we will rectify a situation as soon as practicable, however our owners cannot accept responsibility for any loss and no compensation will be given. This applies to the property, its inclusions, the supply of utilities, and the functioning of the pool or spa.

** Where will I be? **

Beachdaze is located at the bottom of Bayview Street just above the main access to Hyams Beach. It is also an easy walk to the Hyams Beach Cafe or the access point to the National Park. Beachdaze is the rear unit of two, and is accessed to the left and around the back of the front house.

** Why choose Beachdaze? **

Beachdaze is a modern two story town house with shared access to under cover parking and pool.

** How is the property laid out? **

Beachdaze is a two story threebedroom house. Bedroom One has a queen sized bed. Bedroom Two is a double and the third bedroom has two single beds. The large open kitchen which looks down onto the living and dining space is fully equipped with all the mod cons including a dishwasher. The living and dining areas flow openly onto two outdoor living spaces which includes the pool entry. The property has two bathrooms, one that features a spa bath. There is an internal laundry.

** WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV – will I have it? **

Beachdaze offer complimentary wifi, however, please note, the owners, nor the managing agent guarantee connectivity as the service can be intermittent in Jervis Bay.

** What about outdoors? **

Beachdaze has a private, north facing courtyard with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is also a second deck overlooking the pool, where the gas BBQ is located. It also has a table and chairs for four. Both units have shared use of the pool area.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

Beachdaze is equipped with ceiling fans for summer, and a gas heater in the living room for the cooler months.

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Linen and bath towels are provided at Beachdaze. Though pleaseremember to bring your own beach towels!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

There is secure underground parking for twocars across 4 cars spaces, shared by arrangement with 24a Bayview. Please do not park in front of the garage doors during your stay, and please note that there is a 2.05m clearance for the car park entrance.

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? **
