The second bedroom has tri-bunks (double below, single above) & the third bedroom has a double with flat screen TV and DVD. The main bathroom has a spa bath, separate shower, vanity and toilet.

Downstairs there is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and double door fridge. The large circular wooden dining table has seating for six. The lounge area has sofas to seat six, a PS3 and Wii with games, a flat-screen TV and DVD player and a selection of books, board games and DVDs.Off the hallway, there is another seperate toilet with vanity andlaundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The garage provides parking for one car and also has a foosball table.

A highchair, travel cot and stair gate are also available.

The balcony is accessed via the lounge and is the full width of the apartment.

** What about outdoors? **

There is a lovely park and Surf Beach directly across the road. Surf Beach is patrolled.The balcony is a great place to sit and watch the world go by, with views of the beach and water. There is a gas BBQ on the balcony.

All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and blinds. There is a Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner in the kitchen/lounge area and an evaportive heater/cooler in the family/lounge area. The apartment can also be opened up to catch any available sea breeze!

High quality sheets and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels however.

Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. There is also ainternal laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities and agarage that has been converted into a games room with table tennis and Foosball table.

Upstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto balconies front and back. The living area has a Smart TV (BYO Netflix,) DVD player and micro music system with iPod and iPhone dock. There is a well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and also aconvenient powder room with toilet and vanity.

The dining area opens to covered rear balcony with outdoor setting, Weber gas BBQand views across to the ocean. There is also an upstairs balcony on the street side. A small fenced garden at the front of the property has a lawn area and anoutside showerfor guests to use when returning from the beach.

Kiama Sunrise has gas heating for the cooler months and in summer, can be opened up to catch the ocean breeze.
