Directly opposite Surf Beach, this apartment is perfect for visiting Kiama, going to the beach and sampling the great cafes further along Manning Street. There is a lovely park and Surf Beach directly across the road. Surf Beach is patrolled.The balcony is a great place to sit and watch the world go by, with views of the beach and water. There is a gas BBQ on the balcony.

All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and blinds. There is a Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner in the kitchen/lounge area and an evaportive heater/cooler in the family/lounge area. The apartment can also be opened up to catch any available sea breeze!

Majestic has a very large private deck and outdoor entertaining area – facing the water and with plenty of outdoor seating plus a gas BBQ. There is also a second large deck upstairs, with a lounge area.It also has its own set of stairs leading down to the waterfront area, which is a short walk from Palm Beach. You can relax and enjoy the deck, or go for walks along the waterfront! Majestic also has an outdoor shower for when you come back up from the beach.

** Staying warm or keeping cool?! **

The home can be opened up to catch any available breeze and has large sliding doors (with insect screens) and louvre windows to almost every room. There is also a lovely gas fireplace to keep to cosy and warm!

** What about sheets, towels and other supplies? **

Linen and bath towels are supplied at Majestic. Please remember to bring your own favourite beach towels!

** Parking for cars, boats etc? **

Parking for Majestic is two car spaces on the driveway. The garage is reserved for your use, where you will find the washing machine and dryer.

Grey Gums on Jervis is a very stylish and very well appointed beach house, and located only moments from the Orion Beach foreshore and cycle path. There are three lovely queen bedrooms, a large upstairs deck, a lounge with bar and a lovely lawn area. A perfect getaway at Jervis Bay!

** Where will I be? **

Grey Gums on Jervis is located at the southern end of Vincentia, literally only 100 metres from the cycle way and beautiful Orion Beach. The house is also only a ten minutewalk from the Coles supermarket, cafes and retail stores and a fiveminute drive to the Bay andBasin Leisure Centre.

** Why choose Grey Gums? **

A large sundeck leads off both upstairs bedrooms and the living area, offering filtered views of Jervis Bay in a quiet, serene setting.

** How is the property laid out? **

The apartment is accessed via the ground level and it attached to a permanent residence. You are greeted by a small sitting area and dining. Also located on the lower level is the kitchen, Bedroom One with a queen bed as well as a small, modern bathroom. Upstairs the remaining two queen bedrooms lead off the hallway and both access the sundeck. A second bathroom and large living area with mini bar make indoor/outdoor entertaining a breeze.

Grey Gums in Jervis can be opened up to allow a cool breeze through the house, the bedrooms also have ceiling fans to keep you cool in the warmer months. There are also two small electric heaters for the winter months.

There is plenty of street parking in Caroline Street. If you park on the driveway, please park nose in as far as you can – so that the left side of thedouble lock up garage door (for the other unit) is not obstructed.

Blue Waves has two bedrooms, (one queen and one with twoking singles) and one bathroom with large walk in shower, toilet and vanity. Ideal for either two to four adults or two adults and two children. There is a great kitchen with European Bosch appliances, dishwasher, microwave and nespresso coffee machine with pods. The lounge and dining area are open plan with stunning views of the beach and the famous Kiama rolling hills, large sliding doors open out onto the spacious deck. There is also a small laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.
